All of Scott's paintings are created in Oil.
We are proud
to welcome Scott to our Gallery. "Scott
Wallis' paintings can be described as colorful, intense, vibrant, and even
aggressive. His impressionistic style makes you feel like you've either been or
want to be there.
Scott's interest in art started at an early age. Scott's career choice as he
entered Utah State University was that of a Photographer. As an art major with
an emphasis on photography, Scott was required to take a number of drawing and
painting classes. By his second year, Scott's interest in painting continued to
increase and with strong encouragement from his Professors, Harrison Groutage
and Moishe Smith, his Bachelor Degree was split between Photography and
Painting."
(Scotts' biography was supplied by the artist.)
